week 8 Weigh In and Summary

As I posted earlier, this was a good week despite being a lazy one. Yay for large deficits making exercise not quite as important.

Weight: 181.4
Fat %: 32.4
Muscle: 53.5

Changes since last weigh in:

-3.4 lbs fat
+.9 lbs muscle

so... the other .7 loss must be water, or bones... or both?
