How are you counting your calories burned?/Where do your charts come from?
Although the questions are different, the answer to both of them is the same. I have a device called the Body Media Fit (Formally, the Body bug. AKA the Ki in the UK) which measures all of my calories burned. For more information on it, please look at these posts. There are a number of devices that can do similar things... some HRM for example estimate calories burned throughout the day too. I just liked this one because it has published medical studies associated with it that show that people who had it lost up to 3x the weight of those who didn't.
