Tip #6

so, a few days ago I had some soup that I assumed was healthy because of the brand... I mean, it was only 100 cal per serving, yadahyadah. BUT when I had my first spoonful I nearly gagged because it was sooooo sweet.

Curious as to whether my pallet had really changed THAT much in the last two weeks, I looked at the ingredients list, and Sugar was #3... So, moral of the story... just cuz the calorie and fat count are down doesn't mean the meal itself is *healthy*. Always look at the ingredient list too.
