Another lazy sunday. At least the deficit was still appropriate. I think I'll make sure to add 30 min of just walking from now on so I get the 8000 steps I'm looking for without over-stressing my body since I'm supposed to let it recover. I can say that the 9 hours sleep was a godsend after that week...
First and foremost - this is not a 'pro-ed' blog, in that I do not (though in some posts it probably sounds as if I do) promote the idea that being EDed is a good thing. If you are here because you are not EDed but think it's a good idea live like you were for a while to lose weight, this blog is not for you. And for anyone who is visiting for the first time, please read this.
Now then, if you're still here... Please feel free to leave comments. I will read them all, and as long as they aren't inflammatory, they will stay on the blog. I'm looking for followers/supporters, and people to follow/support. And, I don't mind (though am not swayed by) the comments that bash what I do either... This is what I am, I don't expect everyone to understand it... and frankly, no one should be ok with it so haters, as long as you keep it intelligent, you're welcome too.
