Weight: 154.6
Weight Lost: 4.8 lbs
Fat Lost: .6% point, -2.17 lbs
Muscle LOST D:   : -2.2 lbs

Ugh... the numbers would be great if it weren't for the damned muscle... time to start training them again *sigh*
