First and foremost - this is not a 'pro-ed' blog, in that I do not (though in some posts it probably sounds as if I do) promote the idea that being EDed is a good thing. If you are here because you are not EDed but think it's a good idea live like you were for a while to lose weight, this blog is not for you.
