Modifying goals makes me feel shitty...

BUT, it doesn't feel as shitty as failing at achieving goals... which is what I would have done if i stuck with my idea of a 30day ABC type calorie restriction thingy... There are three social events I will not be able to get out of, starting next week, and that diet just wasn't going to allow them to work out....

SO, instead of aiming for an average of about 260c a day, but zigzagging as ABC is designed to do... I'm going to do a 02468, which will average out to 400c a day, for 30 days. Each 5 day cycle is built around days I think will probably require higher calories due to social obligations (or days they are likely to come up). I will start on Wednesday...

Here is the plan:

so... avg = 400c per day, aim is to burn 2300-2400, which means I should lose about 3.5-4lb per week... that would be awesome. I will not force myself to eat 800 on the days that It's actually 100% planned/controllable... but I will try, because the fluctuations are part of the point. We'll see... basically, as long as it isn't > the limit, I don't mind. 

Now... since I suck at blogging regularly, I'm not going to even pretend I'll update my progress daily... BUT, I will on the start of each new 'cycle' (the colored 5 day blocks).  The last cycle I will be staying with a host family... so much less control over intake. On 200, and 0 days, I will just avoid the house until after they are asleep, and toss the food. other days, I'll restrict heavily until dinner, and assume that as long as it isn't made from something totally unsafe (like starches) that it will be within the range... chances are on 4th it will be below, and 7th it might be over... but it should balance out so... yeah.
